RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days and also have an additional 30 days to return the products. We will refund the full amount, minus return shipping costs, if the product is received in good condition.
Yes, you bear the return shipping costs. We recommend sending the return with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Please see our RETURNS POLICY on the website for more information on possible return shipping costs.
After we receive your return, we try to process it within 5, but no more than 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation when processing is complete.
Order & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping. Delivery time to UK is usually 8-12 business days. Total expected delivery time includes a processing time of 1-2 business days and a delivery time of 8-10 business days, depending on the destination. No, currently we only offer shipping within the UK, not international shipping. This allows us to maintain our delivery times and customer service standards.
