At Living Houses, one of our main goals is to focus on high quality & safe shipping options - so that our customers can sit back and relax until they enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.

To ensure that we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. In this way, we can save enormously on storage, transport and packaging costs, and we can offer you the products at a reasonable price.


Because we ship directly from the supplier, we have an average Order processing 1-2 days Delivery 8-10 days working days to the UK.

The duration of delivery is calculated from collection at our international transport center to the desired destination and may vary accordingly depending on the delivery destination.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

As a special service, we currently offer our customers free standard shipping worldwide.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After the package is packed, it will be handed over to our transport company and you will receive a tracking email.

For logistical reasons and to optimize the delivery time, the order can be sent in several partial deliveries.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Defective product?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. For this we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot make a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

Lost package?

In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before will proceed to us

Refund and return policy.

Import duties In some cases of our packages, customs and control will be carried out on the package that is delivered to you. Unfortunately, that legislation has been amended as of 1 July 2021 and we have no influence on it. In some cases, it may be possible that customs will claim a small amount of import costs. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. Are customs fees still charged? Please contact us.

Delivery during away from home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Living Houses has incurred the costs of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or is not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and he will be entitled to €8.95 of the amount you return

WHY IS MY PACKAGE TRACKING NOT WORKING?

In some cases, the shipping company may need 1-2 business days to update the location of the parcel. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
